What's the difference between a private and qualified investor?
A private investor has only access to selected financial products that are suitable for non-sophisticated investors.
A qualified investor (or also referred to as a professional investor) has access to all of our opportunities. In some cases, sales restrictions might apply to your location. In any case, we will first classify your investor status before we grant access to our opportunities.
Requirements to be a qualified investor: You have proven financial experience and holdings of at least 500'000 CHF or equivalent worth of financial assets or you hold at least 2 million CHF or the equivalent of financial assets. Your age is 18 years or older. You are the sole beneficial owner of the assets that you will invest. You are not a US Person.

Why can't I see all the available investment opportunities without creating an account?
Some of our offerings are subject to sales restrictions and only available for institutional and professional/qualified investors and are not publicly available. Another reason is to keep a high-quality investor community. We like to build personal relationships with all of our members.

What happens if I do not qualify.
In order to get access to our curated investments, you need to go through our onboarding process. The approval is subject to our onboarding and compliance team. We may deny access at any time without giving reasons.
