As a Moonshot Investor Relations Specialist & Sales Consultant, you are responsible to qualify investors. From the initial stages of their membership application through the entire consultation process.

A Moonshot experience should feel like entering a luxury boutique. It starts with you as a frontline representative to refine everything. You will create the first impression prospects have with us. Thus, you want to make sure you have the skills to make a lasting impact on our potential customers.

Responsibilities

 

  • Communicating to our members and prospects. Cold calling doesn’t exist for us. We only speak to people interested in what we do.
  • Building customer relationships, to identify their needs and qualify their interests. As well as viability to create customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts intelligent and engaging conversations. Presents product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
  • You manage your own customer portfolio. Act as the focal point of contact between the company and the customer. Ensuring the greatest customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive membership sign-ups, usage, and interactions.
  • Report and talk to MAMMA. MAMMA is the Moonshot Administration Master-Management Application. You never have to do much admin work. We manage all your tasks, track your to-do’s, and remind you in case you forget: Just like any other Mamma.
  • Expanding current users’ awareness. Educate, engage for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence. Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest.
  • Perform active and seamless follow-up. Maintaining proximity with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, growth hacking, and product teams to develop leads. Using case opportunities through direct engagement and insight tools.

Requirements

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equal.
  • Performing (preferred) in fast-paced business environments. Providing experience in sales, marketing, and market research. As well as financial services, consulting, business development, investment banking, or client success roles.
  • Fearlessness and willingness to hop on the phone with new people and pitch the Moonshot value proposition. Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication is an advantage.
  • You own exceptional and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Paired with excellent listening skills, and a positive, energetic presence.
  • Skills to manage multiple requests and time demands simultaneously. Including solid time and task management and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Team player with a strong desire to compete and win.
  • You have a powerful intellect. The desire to become a guide on Alternative Investments in a matter of weeks. The desire to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come.
  • Must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities. Crazy busy, dynamic environment, lots of responsibility, and lots of fun. You are fluent in English and German (verbal and written).
  • You have a driver’s license.
