Description
As a Moonshot Brokers & Affiliate Manager, your scope goal is to onboard brokers and affiliates. As well as supporting them for their success. Ensuring they've got everything they need to succeed with Moonshot's Products. Providing Training, Events, etc.

For your success, completing our Product & Sales Academy is fundamental.
To be successful, you will gain deep product and market knowledge before you start. The more you already know about our products and broker network, the better. A Moonshot Principle to success is personal and meaningful relationships.
A Moonshot experience should feel like entering a premium business opportunity. It starts with you onboarding and guiding Brokers and Affiliates successfully. You will create the first impression Brokers and Affiliates have with us. Thus, you want to make sure you have the skills to make a lasting impact on our potential business partners.
Responsibilities
- Professionally communicating to our brokers and affiliates. We only speak to people interested in what we do.
- Building Broker and Affiliate relationships. Identifying their needs and qualifying their portfolio. Create satisfying business cooperations.
- Implementing smart and easy communication. Assisting with all training and materials needed to succeed.
- You act as the focal point for our business partners (Broker and Affiliates). Ensuring the greatest business experience with us and how they present us.
- Drive broker and affiliate onboarding, and interactions.
- Report and talk to MAMMA. MAMMA is the Moonshot Administration Master-Management Application. You never have to do much admin work. We manage all your tasks, track your to-do’s, and remind you in case you forget: Just like any other Mamma.
- Enhancing current business partners' awareness. Educate, engage for new cooperation opportunities and develop account intelligence. Follow up with potential brokers and affiliates who expressed interest.
- Maintaining proximity with existing business partners to ensure partnership satisfaction at all times.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, growth hacking, and product teams. Using case opportunities through direct engagement and insight tools.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equal.
- Performing (preferred) in fast-paced business environments. Providing experience in building B2B relationships. Sales, marketing, as well as financial services, consulting, business development, investment banking, or client success roles.
- Fearlessness and willingness to hop on the phone with new people and pitch the Moonshot value proposition. Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication is an advantage.
- You own exceptional and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Paired with excellent listening skills, and a positive, energetic presence.
- Skills to manage multiple requests and time demands simultaneously. Including solid time and task management and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Team player with a strong desire to compete and win.
- You have a powerful intellect. The desire to become a guide on Alternative Investments in a matter of weeks. The desire to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come.
- Must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities. Crazy busy, dynamic environment, lots of responsibility, and lots of fun. You are fluent in English and German (verbal and written).
- You have a driver’s license.
