Erich Fischer is a senior scientist and lecturer at ETH Zurich. He acts as a lead author in the IPCC AR6 and is a co-lead of the WCRP Grand Challenges on Weather and Climate Extremes. In 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 he was identified as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher.
